I have noticed an increase in applicants using transfer sites such as Wetransfer or Smash to send along their clips and can I just advise against that. I miss more than half of the transfer links sent (MUCH more than half of them – most of them!) and so when I eventually get to your mail I discover that your link has expired and I have to ask for you to send it again, and so the cycle continues. Please send any demos as audio attachments rather. They stay with your email so when I get to it I can hear what you sound like immediately.&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>Just a PSA really!&nbsp;</div>
