Vicki studied English, Drama and Performance at the University of Cape Town (UCT) . Since 1996 she has also been writing professionally for a variety of media, as well as teaching and facilitating in the realms of performance, voice and scriptwriting. She is a professional dialect coach, working with other performers privately and on set. She recently supervised dialects and accents on the international television series, Black Sails.
