Kim discovered her niche in the V/O industry shortly after graduating with her LTCL in Speech and Drama, and has been working actively for more than 10 years. Growing up in England, the Netherlands and South Africa gave Kim the opportunity to truly master her command of the languages and accents of these regions.
This has led to her developing her natural voice as almost placeless, which has given her a leading edge in the voice over industry.
Kim’s passion for speech excels into her other work where she tailor makes and facilitates unique Effective Communication workshops. Here she focuses on the physicality of speech and empowering others through elevating face to face communication skills.
Kim’s professional work includes numerous TV and Radio ads for both local and international top brands, corporate presentations, tourism and educational DVD’s, as well as debuting recently on the online Radio station 'Republic Radio' with her own show, “Lunchtime With The Ladies”. Kim’s best memory is walking into a recording studio one day to be welcomed with “Hey, it’s our one-take, ton o’fun Kimster”.
