After studying drama at school, then Film and Television Techniques at City Varsity and then ending off with honours in Journalism at the University of Stellenbosch, Juliet McGuire pursued a career as a motoring journalist. She hosted an online show called On the Backseat with Julz and CAR News for the publication. She has recorded tv ads for CAR magazine as well as narrated any scripts they've needed her to. In 2010 she became a presenter for the Tech Report on ENCA and has presented over 150 episodes thus far. She is also a presenter on Ignition TV's Ignition GT whereby she reviews cars on camera. She also runs a website called Women on Wheels. As much as she loves cars, she loves being in front of the camera or behind a microphone...especially if all three of these are combined!
