Bailey started her radio career at the tender age of 17 years old on the campus radio station RAU Radio. She continued to explore her skills and gain experience by joining the Retail Radio station, Edgars Music Radio and did Festival Radio, Rand Show radio. In 2004, Bailey joined the top Commercial Radio station, 94.7 Highveld Stereo. In 2005 she was asked to be a part of the Afternoon Drive show Monday to Friday with Alex Jay. While the show continually changed, Bailey remained constant, working and co-hosting with various well-known personalities such as Rob Forbes, Ian F, and Mark Pilgrim. Bailey currently has her own show on Smile FM.
