Busisiwe ‘Queen of Pitori’ Khanyile is a voice-over artist, radio broadcaster, MC and actress. With experience on a variety of voice-over work including M-net promotional material, radio commercials and a radio show host, Busi is an experienced and versatile voice-over artist. She has worked on campus, community and commercial radio stations and has a passion for using her voice to tell stories.
Her acting background stems from her high school days, she then went on to acquire more skills at the Market Theatre Laboratory and Stark Raving Management acting workshops. She has used her voice in an array of platforms that are pivotal for great characterisation. Her acting work includes various Mzansi Magic films namely Baki Ya Lerato and Themba Lam as well as various television commercials.
As an MC, she has done work numerous work including being an MC for international beauty brand, Avon, as well as having been invited by the then Minister of Public Service and Administration, Ayanda Dlodo for the Public Sector Awards. Busi’s versatility and ability to accommodate any audience is definitely something to write home about.
