Hayley was trained in drama and dance, has performed and written for the theatre and worked in the film industry. She lived and worked for fifteen years in London and has travelled extensively throughout Europe, speaks some French and German, and returned to her native South Africa in 2008. Though often mistaken for being British, Hayley was raised in Paarl in the Western Cape and speaks fluent Afrikaans, and has command of a number of foreign accents
