Mandisi Arnold Sindo also known as Dr Disi was born and bred In Khayelitsha, one of the biggest townships in Mzansi (South Africa), Mandisi is an actor, writer, emerging director, voice-over artist and dance performer signed under ERM (Emma Ress Mangement) and Tongue Twisters Voice Agency. He is a founder of "Theatre4Change Therapeutic Theatre (T3)".
Mandisi began pursuing his passion for theatre at age of 11 years old in primary school, and since then has dedicated his life to the arts and to helping young people gain the skills for a tertiary level education. He views the teaching of drama as "(his)" calling and weapon to teach those who are not getting the formal classroom education. In 2011 he obtained his Diploma in Theatre and Performance at the University of Cape Town where he majored in Community Theatre making, Contemporary Theatre and Acting.

It was established in 2010 by the Baxter Theatre Zabalaza Festival Outreach Director, Cape Town TV Presenter and an active Theatre Maker Arnold Mandisi Shindo and later in 2013 joined by the Baxter Theatre Zabalaza Festival Artistic Director Thami Mbongo, Khayelitsha Based Award winning Actress, Zabalaza 2013 Best Actress, Best Actress Zabalaza and SABC 1 Generations Initiative winner Andiswa Anthony and Zabalaza 2013 Best Supportive Actress and current Social Worker and Drama Student at UCT Somila Toyi.
Theatre4Change Therapeutic Theatre Directors are: Mandisi Arnold Sindo (Chief Executive Officer and Artistic Director), Thami Hawell Mbongo (Producer), Andiswa Pearl Anthony (Administrator) and Somila Angela Toyi (Financial Manager).
Theatre4Change Therapeutic Theatre (T3) works with young, old, skilled, not skilled, educated, uneducated, and acclaimed artists, groups and schools in providing skills, events, performances platform and for young in preparing them for a tertiary level education.
Theatre4Change and Mandisi Sindo have successfully organized arts event annually in Khayelitsha for Cape Town Artists from 2012.
