Lerole Phakoa was born in the Vaal triangle and moved to Johannesburg, the city of dreams and opportunities in 2006, and now bounces between Jozi and Capetown. After graduating from the Vega school of brand communications, he has had the privilege of working in the advertising and change management industries. The former earned him a Loerie, and the latter introduced him to many blue-chip brands like ABSA, Firstrand, Nedbank, Famous Foods, SA Taxi, Barloworld, Massmart, Spar, MTN, Trackmatic, Hollard, Life Healthcare, PPC and FNB. Alongside the task of generating graphic designs for these brands, he was also required to generate hours of voice-over communications to facilitate both the designs and the change management process internally. A skill set that still serves him as a freelance graphic designer and a signed voice-over artist to this day.
